• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

• Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been rendered.

• Services already performed or initiated (such as consultations, diagnostics, treatments, etc.) are non-refundable.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

• Prepaid Packages: If you have prepaid for a package of services and decide to cancel before any of the services have been rendered, you may be eligible for a refund of the unused portion of the package.

• Cancellation of Appointments: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a refund of any prepaid fees, excluding any non-refundable booking fees.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

• If the service has been fully rendered.

• If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice.

• For any non-refundable fees, including but not limited to consultation fees, diagnostic fees, and any administrative charges.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Contact our office via phone or email within 14 days of the date of the service or appointment.

2. Provide Information: Provide your name, contact information, details of the service, and the reason for your refund request.

3. Review Process: Our team will review your request and may require additional information or documentation to process the refund.

6. Processing Refunds

• Review Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days.

• Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will provide an alternative refund method.

• Refund Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Changes to the Refund Policy

Dhamodhar’s Dental Care Centre reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
